Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Releck mobile application or any associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems; (e) use the Services for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by Releck.
4. Repair and Recycling Services
Releck acts as a platform connecting users with independent repair centres and recycling facilities. Releck does not directly perform repair or recycling services. The quality of services rendered is the responsibility of the individual repair centre or recycling partner. Releck makes no warranty regarding the outcome of any repair or recycling service.
5. Releck Coins
Releck Coins are a loyalty reward issued at Releck's sole discretion. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Releck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Releck Coins programme at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Service Limitations
Releck does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. Releck is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, data loss, or errors in the application.
7. Account Termination
Releck reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Releck Coins associated with terminated accounts are forfeited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RELECK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RELECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to Terms
Releck may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
